Qantaslink/Alliance ADL-ASP - flight "ineligible" [Resolved]

I had this issue with VA (and yes, I know this is a QF thread) when they formed a partnership with, and later took over, Skywest Airlines in WA. There were all the promotional blurb about how you'd be able to earn SCs and points with Skywest flights etc etc, so we found it was handy to use the short return hop down to Busselton as a status run. However every time we did, although the flight was actually booked as a codeshare through the VA website, they posted as ineligible flights - so it would be back on the phone to VA/Velocity who would argue with me that these were charter flights and therefore not eligible, which was absolute rubbish. Each time we eventually ended up getting the SCs and points, but it usually took weeks and multiple phone calls to make it happen. In desperation, I even had to get Skywest involved a couple of times to prove the flights were scheduled codeshares with VA.

Frequent Flyer Concierge takes the hard work out of finding award availability and redeeming your frequent flyer or credit card points for flights.

I had an email from QFF today and my points and SC have been added. They also confirm that the DSC will be allocated soon.
No email, but missing points and SCs also credited today. SC not rolled over, however (earned 25/5, Member year end 31/5.) Looks like another call to QFF on Monday...

It might be related but last year I booked a QF flight DWN-ADL-MEL for later this month using a Classic Reward.
Having to cancel it now due to the Victoriastanian lockdown, I tried to cancel it online, but instead of showing up as a refund of taxes plus points recredit it showed as just a flight credit of the taxes. The DWN-ADL sector of course is now operated by Alliance, and we had received flight updates and reticketed details that showed this, but maybe the QF software isn't up to the changes.
I have emailed QF and asked for a proper refund and recredit.

I'm booked on Townsville-SYD on the E190 the week they commence. Hopefully they will have sorted out these other routes and have everything set up properly when these flights commence. Time will tell. I'll post if there are similar problems.

Again resolved via call centre (with persistence - required prolonged discussion and manual recalculation of last years SC earn)

[nitpicker hat on]
Darwin is DRW. A fair way away from DWN, which is Downtown Airpark Airport, Oaklahoma City in the USA. I don't think the majority of us can fly there right now :D
