QR may not be one of the higher profile airlines flying to and from Oz as it only runs between Doha and Melbourne, and Doha and Perth.

Tonight's QR904 into MEL is running an expected 134 minutes late with arrival likely at 2339. QR905 in the opposite direction will be delayed from 2255 until a forecast 0110. No doubt this will mean some missed European connections.

QR904, the 0105 hours DOH - MEL on Wednesday 16 March (B773ER A7-BAM) is about 45 minutes late and expected at roughly 2310 hours this evening. It had not taken off until 0211 this morning in the Middle East so that accounts for most if not all of the late operation.

QR904 (B773ER A7-BAA), the 2040 hours Wednesday 25 May 2016 AUH to MEL took off at 2059, about on time, but has lost time en route with arrival expected at 1715 hours, 45 minutes late.

On Wednesday 8 June 2016, QR909, the 2145 hours SYD to DOH took off snappily at 2155 hours but will not arrive until 9 June at 0700 instead of 0520 hours. Aircraft is B773ER A7-BEF. The may be strong westerlies retarding progress somewhat.

A bit further south, the longer established QR905, the 2205 hours departure similarly took off on time or even early at 2216 but will not be at the DOH terminal ex MEL until an expected 0835 (three and a quarter hours late) in the morning of 9 June according to FR24. This looks odd: perhaps FR24 needs to update itself.

Thursday 14 July sees QR908, the Wednesday 13 July 2035 hours DOH - SYD having departed at 2105. On 14 July, arrival is suggested as 1819 hours, 44 minutes late. A7-BAH is the B773ER.

The Wednesday 27 July 2016 QR908 (2035 hours DOH - SYD, B773ER A7-BAM) is arriving on Thursday 28 at about 1815, 40 minutes late, having taken off on 27 at 2139 hours.

B773ER A7-BAJ on QR904, the scheduled 1710 hours Friday 19 August 2016 arrival is extremely late with it likely to pull in to the gate at about 2017 hours this evening, 187 minutes past its timetabled arrival of 1710 hours. Despite a Thursday 18 August scheduled pushbback at 2040, it did not do so until 0012 this morning, so it has not made up more than a tiny number of minutes on the flight.

On Monday 10 October, QR904 (B773ER A7-BAO) is badly late with arrival forecast as 2153 instead of 1810 hours. Te returning QR905 is due to depart MEL for DOH at 2305 so it may be slightly late pushing back.

A380 A7-APA on the Saturday 5 November arriving in SYD QR908 ex DOH should be at the SYD terminal at 1939 hours, 39 minutes behind time.

Wednesday 9 November sees QR908, the 2055 hours DOH - SYD ex the Middle Eastern airport on Tuesday 8 (takeoff) at 2208, arriving in SYD at 1958, 58 minutes late with the usual A380.

On saturday 7 january 2017, QR904 ex DOH arrived in MEL just over four hours late at around 2155 in the evening. QR905 is the 2310 hours returning to DOH so it may be slightly delayed.

Sunday 26 February 2017 sees QR904 from DOH to MEL (B773ER A7-BAH) arriving at about 1822, 37 minutes late after being requested by ATC to do a 'dog leg' over Rainbow, Woomelang and almost over Donald, Vic.

Monday 20 March 2017 sees QR908 from DOH to SYD likely to arrive 40 minutes late at 1940. A380 A7-APE is the aircraft.

Sunday 26 March 2017 sees QR904, the overnight from DOH to MEL 65 minutes late with predicted early evening arrival of 1850 hours. B773ER A7-BAA, an appropriate registration for a destination with many sheep, is the aircraft.

Saturday 8 April 2017 has had late afternoon and evening thunderstorms in MEL, with SQ207 diverting to SYD.

QR904 made an easier deviation into ADL with QR904D - as the short ADL - MEL leg has been renumbered - likely to arrive at about 2050 hours with B773ER A7-BEJ. Normal arrival in MEL is 1720 hours.

The 2205 hours QR905 returning flight from MELO to DOH should, touch wood, only be delayed by around 25 minutes at a guess.

QR908, the DOH - SYD (A380 A7-APD) timetabled to arrive at 1840 on Sunday 9 April will instead be 46 minutes or so late.

Thursday 4 May 2017 has QR908 (the DOH - SYD A380 A7-APG) likely to arrive at 1911, 31 minutes tardy.

The DOH - ADL QR914 should pull in to the wine capital at roughly 1856 hours, 96 late with A350 A7-ALN.
