I cant get OTP via phone or email even after resetting password. Should this come good after a couple of days?

I’ve been locked out for 24hrs for requesting the OTP too many times. And the ironic thing is to contact their support team for assistance via live chat you need to be logged in (which requires the OTP to be entered )I cant get OTP via phone or email even after resetting password. Same for meAlso dropped to Gold. One of transferring Avois points from BA or buying 1,000 Avois miles did the trick
