I’ve been locked out for 24hrs for requesting the OTP too many times. And the ironic thing is to contact their support team for assistance via live chat you need to be logged in (which requires the OTP to be entered )

Also dropped to Gold. One of transferring Avois points from BA or buying 1,000 Avois miles did the trick
