Qatar Airways Privilege Club has launched a new partnership with Accor ALL.

You can link your Accor & QR accounts in a similar way to how you can link your QFF or Flying Blue account with Accor. Pretty sure you wouldn't be able to link Accor/QR accounts if you already have your QFF/Accor accounts liked, though.

The interesting part of this partnership is the status fast-track offers, which work in both directions:
  • If you have Accor Gold, you can get QR Silver (oneworld ruby) after taking one QR flight
  • If you have Accor Platinum, you can get QR Gold (oneworld sapphire) after taking one QR flight
  • If you have Accor Diamond, you can get QR Platinum (oneworld emerald) after taking one QR flight
QR Gold & Platinum members can also get Silver or Gold Accor status (respectively) by staying 1 night at an Accor hotel.

I get an error saying it's already linked to another account. Maybe I could open a new one because I have no status

Just need Accor to offer a seperate Diamond status match offer! 😉

Someone mentioned somewhere that if you call Accor they can unlink it for you.
It took me an eternity to get them to unlink my FlyingBlue so I could link QF. I was long past the 12 mth change limit but the system just didn’t provide the means to unlink online - unlike what was rolled out for QF.

Depending on what you‘re after, it’s pretty easy to set up another Accor account. The unique “key” detail is email address (or at least it used to be).

If you set up another account then you won't have status for the fast track.

Correct. Which is why is I said “depending on what you’re after”. I probably should have been more explicit on those with QR status but wanting Accor status (but already linked to QF).

If I got my ALL status (via Accor Plus) via Amex Plat, can I still link ALL to QR? Effectively, does the Amex association count like an airline association?

No. You will get 1 year of QR status once you qualify and then you will drop from QR Gold back to Silver if you fail to earn the required points
Doesn't ALL plat match into QR Gold? I thought it was ALL Diamond that matched to QR Plat.
