QBR Anniversary Year- points reset before hand?

Hi All,

I'm a bit confused. I had earned 12000 QBR points and was hoping to hit 15000 before the end of my anniversary. I've taken numerous flights between March 2022 and now but now it's reset to 0 before my anniversary as per the screenshot below.

Have I misunderstood how QBR anniversaries work? Is there anywhere I can find out what my anniversary month is? Best guest is that I may have mis-remembered the month...

You probably should take it up with someone.

I think I noticed something similar but was well short so don’t think much about it.
