Received an email and just completed a QBR survey. Mainly about awareness of benefits and which get used. Plus comparison of usefulness of VA BR benefits.

Towards the end there was a list of possible enhancements. Two that stood out and I ticked were:

Improved disruption management

Live chat assistance

Australia's highest-earning Velocity Frequent Flyer credit card: Offer expires: 30 Apr 2025
- Earn 100,000 bonus Velocity Points
- Get unlimited Virgin Australia Lounge access
- Enjoy a complimentary return Virgin Australia domestic flight each year

Did the same, also gave them a bollocking about how long it takes for points to credit - and the administrative burden that it creates keeping track of them so as know when to lodge missing points claims - highlighted the survey as an example - terms of the survey said up to six weeks before points are credited.

I did the survey and answered at the start that I did all the travel bookings. When the survey was finished it said that 1000points will be provided to the account but then after submitting it said something like "Thanks for completing the survey however you are not eligible as we are targeting decision makers for responses". It didn't say for what I was ineligible but it better not be the points that I screen-shotted they were sending.
