Can anyone give the the address to post my complaint letter to?
Flew the QF A330 SYD-PVG last week, used 48k points to upgrade to J, only to have the power cut-out, no AVOD, no N/C headphones, and the seat stuck in what ever position it was in at the time the power went out. Someone "bumped the wrong button". But, in true QF style, no-one walked through informing people why nothihng was happening (not even in a 2/3 empty J cabin). This should have come as no surprise, as it took 25 mins to be served a glass of wine with our lunch (remember, 2/3 empty J cabin, and I had pressed the call button after 5 mins when I realised they had forgotten to pour it), and after that took 10 mins to bring some butter for the bread roll!
