QF and AA treat each others Elites with contempt

To finish my story (gripe)....

I had forwarded a copy of my problems to AA so they were aware of what QF was doing. I've now been contected by 2 AA representatives seeking further clarification. This morning I received an email saying that AA was sending me a travel voucher (great!!) and even better was the news that they were discussing the issues raised with QF.

Well done. Persistence sometimes pays off. They might even "put something" into the system next to your name which could help if you have similar problems again.
