Is it that hard to get the bus to Shinjuku Station, then walk/taxi to the hotel from there?

Quite a walk from Shinjuku station to the Westin and Sheraton even further.7km from Shinjuku to Westin according to Google maps.
We get a taxi from Haneda.

The Westin is quite close to Ebisu station, but then things start to get a bit complex- bus, walk to right platform, Ebisu, walk to hotel...

The Westin is quite close to Ebisu station, but then things start to get a bit complex- bus, walk to right platform, Ebisu, walk to hotel...

Done the walk to and from Ebisu many times.Never with luggage and never will with luggage.Therefore the taxi is for us the only solution.
