Booked 2 x 1st (Premium Business) SYD/PVG one way on new MU A350 for Aug. 2019, a month later could not book middle seats, spent best part of 30 mins on QF chat to then be given a MU booking No., it didn't work.
I spent another 30 mins. getting through to MU and told the MU booking No. doesn't work online, I asked them to confirm the two seats and they finally did via email. Went back to my QF online award booking and yep seats are now showing, however, there is still no seat plan for the new MU A350 anywhere yet.
So one hour+ lost seems ridiculous to me.
