QF BNE International Lounge for OneWorld Emerald flying QR

I'm a OneWorld Emerald (via AA). I've booked a trip for March 2023 QF SYD-BNE QR BNE-DOH-LAX, all in business. The QR flight leaves BNE at 22:10. My partner wants us to take the 18:05 QF SYD-BNE so we'll have some lounge time in BNE. Obviously things can change in seven months, but as it is now, I'm not sure there is any lounge we can access in BNE. The QF website says the BNE international lounge is open until 20:30, but I'm not sure OneWorld non-QF elites have access flying non-QF OneWorld. Will we be be able to access the QF international lounge in BNE?

The OneWorld website says there is a "Brisbane International Premium Lounge" that is available to all OneWorld elites, but that it's temporarily closed. Is this the same lounge as the QF one?

Lounge access Brisbane before Qatar Flight

Has anyone recently flown out of brisbane on Qatar and can comment on the lounge situation? Are they providing vouchers if lounge access isn’t available? Thanks!

Flew out BNE-DOH tonight in J - went and spent a couple of hours in the AirNZ lounge before the flight which was nice
