Based on surveys I think that Qantas staff now realize the struggle to recover is now in their court.
That said I have been happy with my last three months of flights we have had domestically with Qantas.

And that Video just proves why law graduates from Sandstone Unis are better than others. While the other unis produce better outcomes, Sandstone Uni graduates, usually of the best GPS Schools, are so full of it you can rely upon them to spin you out of any coughpy situation with a smile.

Spirit of Australians - can be positive or negative depending on experiences and encounters with Aussies and is people centric. Spirit of Australians as represented by, for example, Clive Palmer, Julia Gillard, Tony Abbott, Sir Les Patterson, Ivan Millat. Sorry just doesn't work for me.
