QF/EK Award Booking - Dates not matching

Passengers flew out last night without any dramas. Still no call back or response from QF which is disappointing.

Ended up speaking to a colleague with QF connections. He asked the QF team to contact EK, who responded with a confirmation that the ticketing information ok EK was as per the booking.

Just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar since this OP, and can advise whether I'm unduly panicking? TLDR: New ticket matches itinerary on old ticket, been reissued due to downline changes with AA, but EK doesn't seem to have fresh ticket details. Extremely uncomfortable with the situ given all the vagaries around interline ticketing, not to mention current air travel situ with most things being harder than it needs to be.

I have a QFF award issued for travel on EK. The ticket had been reissued multiple times due to schedule changes.

On the last reissue, I noticed that the new QF ticket number is not reflecting within the booking on EK's Manage Booking site. All tickets ever issued for the booking are displaying, just not the most up to date ticket.

QF has insisted that all looks normal on their end (spoke to both South Africa and AKL), and ticket numbers have been sent to EK as per normal during the reissue. They have no idea why EK is unable to view the new ticket details and insisted it's EK's issue to solve. I'm advised to escalate with EK and get assistance with a "helpdesk." QF is refusing to reissue the ticket again as I am not making any flight changes, and they don't appear to be willing or able to assist when I asked whether they could re-send the new ticket details to EK.

EK is only able to view the old ticket that was issued a few months ago and exchanged for the new ticket issued last week. I spoke to "a senior" today at the EK contact centre who - on looking deeper into the reservation - found the new ticket numbers in the "Special Services" section of my booking but she mentioned it's not associated with my flight segments. However they either appear to think everything is fine, or it's QF's problem to solve given it's a QF-issued ticket.

I have rang both airlines multiple times to no avail.

I have my new e-ticket from QFF in PDF form with the new ticket number beginning with 081, and for good measure also verified its existence, coupon status etc through the usual tools - checkmytrip.com, saudia.com and AY's website. Both old and new tickets are for the exact same EK flights and same schedule - what caused the multiple reissues were the constant schedule changes by AA (AA is operating the final domestic, US leg of the itinerary). I can see that on AA.com AA has the correct ticket as shown in the ticketing status and date "Ticketed - 25 September 2022".

Given it's an F award booking during the Christmas peak, I'm very worried that I'll either be denied boarding on day of travel, or EK will randomly cancel my reservation thinking I don't have a valid ticket as the ticket details they appear to be able to access are for a ticket that's already been exchanged.

Can anyone advise what I could do next? Any magic code words I need to say to either airline? Or am I being unnecessarily stressed in this situation, and this is one of those uncommon but routine instances in the vagaries of airline partner e-ticketing that really doesn't pose an issue? I'd rather err on the side of caution however.

Any advice, assistance or assurance appreciated!

Cheers,
Keith
