QF Feedback about the changes!

I've had first hand experience where QF have made a direct change to feedback I provided.

Couple years ago I mentioned the sydney intl bus transfer didn't accept the Qcard as a boarding pass after the bus driver told me to go get a "real" boarding pass.
Nearly 12 months later I got a follow up call to say it had been fixed/implemented.

Changes to feedback can happen.

Unfortunately, sometimes people/companies need to feel pain before any change is made.

That is not even the same as the "changes" that some people here are dreaming about

Have already provided feed back and got a personal reply back which really didn't say anything

Just give them a chance. I did not expect the to take back all the changes! (Oh sorry, we were so dumb, please excuse).
He just told, that our considerations will be taken serious - this is the only thing I expect. Changing their system is their own decision - may it be clever or not.
The interesting thing is that they just evaluate the feedback and may review some decisions.
Maybe they will do that or not - who knows.

The interesting point is they can analyse quite good your past data - and what the effect would be on your past flights. But with me: I have some changes in the way that I travel. I know some of my travel for nearly a year in advance. So I could tell them what will be my future impact of the changes! It was interesting to let them know.

For example. The last 6 Months I was commuting on a weekly base on a dometic route with AB. The guy said: Oh nothing will change there, because it is over 250 miles!

I just said: That route is not important for me - that project is over. I have new things to do in the middle east - and there is where the changes are a slap into the face!
