I've realised I have a Lounge pass (expiring 4 March 2025) that I certainly won't be able to use (I'm LTQC and about to hit LTG).

Only stipulation is that you've been a member for a month and have posted on AFF.

Lucky recipient - will need your QFF number to transfer the pass to you

I assume LT QC means lifetime Qantas Club. I thought that was the same as Lifetime Gold. Can you explain the difference?

Lifetime QP is a paid membership that lasts a lifetime, lifetime Gold includes lifetime QP as one of its benefits. QP has no relevance in frequent flyer land as such.
