I've been trying to find written confirmation for Qantas Gold members to be able to access Emirates' partner lounges in airports where there is no branded Emirates lounge. This is for travel on an Emirates jet with an EK flight numbered ticket.

Back in 2016 I did access the partner lounge in Prague, but was looking on the QF and EK websites last night to confirm access, but couldn't see it. We're booked to fly out of AMS next year, and the EK partner lounge there is the Aspire Lounge 41.

I did access the partner lounge in MEX prior to my EK flight last year

My understanding & experience is as a QF gold/plat when on an EK flight within the JV zones, then pax will get lounge access as per an EK gold/plat, including EK partner lounges. systems and BP will auto recognise this.

Back in 2018/19 flying BRU-DXB, EK used the Brussels airlines lounge (now closed), lounge access was either printed on BP or seperate invitation was given (or both - too long ago to remember clearly)

“Lounge access
…. Eligible customers can also access Emirates Lounges across Australia, Europe, Asia, North Africa and the Middle East when flying on eligible Qantas or Emirates flights with a QF or EK flight number on your ticket.“

Don't waste your time with the Aspire lounge - it is an absolute dive - I recently fly out of AMS twice last month, on the first instance on a BA flight over to LHR and was in the One World lounge, 10/10 given the size of the lounge - then on an EK flight back to DXB and into the Aspire lounge ... absolute dive ... wanted to use the showers, advised it would cost cash money $$ ... lounge was crammed, food was a downgrade from the neighboring OW lounge ... I believe Swissport operate both of these neighboring lounges ... I am QF WP and was flying in EK J ... strongly suggest spending your time in the terminal rather than the Aspire lounge.

If you are eligible - when you check in, on the bottom of your boarding pass it will have something like 'ASPIRE LOUNGE 41' ...

... also, beware! 'Aspire Lounge 41' was miles away from the gate which our AMS -> DXB flight departed from.
