My meal on QF1 last week wasn't any better.
I had the Crumbed Free Range Pork......dry, tough & rubbish are the only words I can use to describe the thing.
Now that QF1/2 goes to LHR via DXB I don't think you'll have to worry about being served pork (or ham, bacon, proscuitto etc).
I will say that I enjoyed the chicken casserole I had in economy on QF12 more than the chicken I had in Business on the way over which (on looking at a photo I took of the menu) was the 'Roasted Barrossa Valley Chicken with Rosemary Kipfler Potatoes, Ratatouille & Port Wine Jus'.
