Many years ago now, but from about 15 I held a lifetime Ansett GoldenWing membership.
That got me into GoldenWing lounges many times flying solo without issue (though they did have a staffed bar at that point).
It also got me into a few Cathay lounges flying solo International too. Can't remember if they were staffed bars or not.
