FWIW, I have just booked QF flights as follows: SYD - MAD - FCO - SIN - SYD.
All flights either Qantas (starting with QF1) or Emirates, depart late January and arrive home mid March. Total $1400 AUD.

Pretty good value in my estimation.

Thanks for the heads up! I was wondering when I can find those cheap multi city again.

I'm doing a SYD-CGK-HKG-Europe-CAI for $850 next month (+ booking reward flights on J back to Syd)
