QF Points Issue - Easter Weekend

Just a quick one...

I flew some flights over Easter, and unusally they did not credit within a couple of hours as they usually do...

I was on the phone to QFF (for another matter) and I asked, and apparently there was an issue with points crediting over the weekend.

The lady I spoke to grabbed my flight details and said the points would appear withing 24-48 hours...

I am not sure of the phone call would have been necessary to get the points posted, but I thought I would let everyone else know that there was an issue, just in case anyone is missing some points!

BTW: These points will retain me as a WP! Yay! Now what to do next...? Go for the Platinum Challenge with AA? At least I hae until October to work it all out!

Saw the same thing.

At least 48 hours for each of my QF flights to post.

All there now though...

We had a similar issue on Tuesday last week. Some of our flights posted correctly yet some (at random) were about 48hrs late.

As a matter of course I tend to let these go for a few days as they seem to be self righting on most occasions.

hmmm some of my *A flights been slow to post too, including one airline (SQ) that normally credits immediately once the flight departs

Explains why no credits or points for SYD-BNE yesterday. Usually domestic credits/points are in the account before I get home!!!

Qantas are redirecting their computer power to recalculate their new fuel surcharges as a result of the recent oil price hikes!
