QF Points reversal ? EVERYDAY REWARDS

Another who has had points reversed from double ups at BigW
A few large Woolies transactions from Dec have failed to post at all.
 
I wonder if this is related to the double up $10 WOW credits some lucky people have been getting. Sorry Woolies you aren't reversing those ;)
 
Reversal for me as well dated 7/1/16 for points posted 27/12/15.
 
I've had a couple of 10 point credits from my $40 transactions and one reversal. I can't quite remember how many $40 transactions I did and I can't be bothered reconciling the points for only a few points. My account probably looked like there had been a duplication but it might not have been the case. I had the offer of $10 WWD for spending $40 so that's why I've had multiple credits of 10 points.

I have already been on the phone regarding reversals.
Have a look at your QF account during December, points posted between 10th? & 13th? were posted AGAIN on the 26th, so today's reversal is only taking out what you gained on the 26th.

Yes, same number of points credited on 17th and 26th so I guess your explanation is correct. I have long since given up trying to track woollies acquired points, as the time taken to reach the account varied so much.

Thankfully nothing deducted from our accounts but Woolies points and fuel points haven't posted unfortunately. Is this a common occurrence ?

My last couple fuel points needed manual help to get credited.

I had a deduction too and called QF who said that it was a reversal from a duplicated batch process on 26 Dec as suspected. Don't mind an adjustment where there was a genuine processing error but it would have been useful if the entry said something like "reversal" and the orginal batch date instead of this:

I also called WW Rewards to find out what is happening to QF points from purchases made during Dec as I haven't received any since 17 Dec and their T&Cs state they post weekly. The customer service agent was pretty testy, and said they haven't "updated" (from almost four weeks ago?) and they will all "update" on 12 Jan which I guess means I should see them in my QFF account later that week.

I imagine that WOW have had a great many calls about this. The testiness should be aimed at whatever system decided to change the points sweep date for the latter half of December rather than the customers though.

I honestly don't know why WOW ran the schemes in parallel. They should have postponed the introduction of the WWRupiah until 1 Jan 2016.

Agreed. I think it would have been better to have a clear cut-over date for the schemes rather than run in parallel with a half-implemented system covering the two, e.g. the activity list in the new website excludes displaying the QFF points earned/applied records and only shows the transfer records which causes confusion for the CS agent who can see the activity items on their screen but don't believe me when I say I can't see those on my account page.
 
Just prised my final QFF points from Woolies fingers. My farewell shop was on 31st Dec, and took 17 days to post.

Did you have to call up or did they come through automatically?

Well done! The points from my 17 Dec shop posted 16 Jan, I'm still waiting for points from my 23 Dec shop. Sigh, will have to give them another call tomorrow.
