Has this ever happened to anyone?
I've selected 4F for an upcoming flight but it's not showing up on EF. What's even stranger, when I try to select a different seat, I get an error message. Never happened to me before.

May be a silly question, but have you entered your QF FF number into the EF preferences.

Never experienced this. Every time I thought I may have seen similar I have found I am looking at different flights.

This has happened to me on a flight 3 weeks ago. Seat being shown on QFs website, but vacant on EF. Although I didn't try to change it. I ended up getting an opup when I checked in online for that flight. How far out are you from departure?

Sure do. The discrepancy between available seats on QF.com and blocked seats on EF has always been an issue for me - but only for dom flights.

I did wonder about an op-up but it's very unlikely. EF showing availability as J2 C2 D2 I0 Y9 B0 H9 K9 M3 L1 G0 E0
This flight's on Monday.

I managed to change seats now to 4A without a problem and EF is now reflecting it correctly. The wired thing is that the seat at 5F is now showing as available so me thinks that even though my original seat selection was 4F, the system was allocating me 5F?
