QF site down?

I got in earlier this morning to check a booking but when I clicked on it I got the 'difficulties' page.

Still not working. Once I click on the booking itself I get "file not found" this time.

I am just trying to see if there is any chance of reasonably priced flights to MEL on Friday (unlikely due to the F1) with no success accessing the site...

If you goto qantas.com that seems to work (whereas qantas.com.au does not).

Working fine now... but for how long?

For over a week now the following error comes up on every secure page using MAC OS X

Request Entity Too Large

A request entity is longer than the server can handle.

When I try the same page via bootcamp windows partition, no problems???

I am getting the same message today:

"Request Entity Too Large

A request entity is longer than the server can handle."

Using an apple.

Any thoughts to get around?

Reduce the size of your request ;)

But on a more serious note, is there another browser you can try other than Safari, if that's what you are using.

I am using SAFARI.

What is the other application called and do I find it via "Spotlight"?

For almost 2 weeks that is all I get, on an Imac & Mac Book Pro (both Safari)

I have worked out how so fix the problem:

(1) Go to the Safari Drop Down at top left of screen,

(2) Select "Reset Safari"

(3) Make sure that (only) the following things are ticked:

- empty the Cache
- Remove all cookies
- remove all website icons
- clear google searches

(4) Click "Reset"

OLCI appears to be down at the moment.

Does anyone else have a problem with it?

I OLCI'ed about 1735 Eastern Standard Time (for an NZ domestic) without problems...

I did have problems OLCIing on the w/end though for PER-MEL. Turns out "it" thought I was a group booking through MEL to AKL (there were two of us travelling, and I had a MEL-AKL for tomorrow, but that was a totally separate booking, and only for me). Weird.

Is the Qantas website down?

I noticed the sale airfares earlier today, checked availability and was about to start booking when the website did not respond. I have been trying for over an hour without success....

I've just run a dummy booking right through to the payment page. No problems here.
