QF SYD - SIN online check in but no boarding pass

Hi Checked in online for tomorrow SYD-SIN on QF but no boarding pass issued. It says that they need to check some documents at airport. Does anyone know what documents they need to check at airport for AU passport holder going to SIN? I already have the SG Arrival card completed online and printed the confirmation email from SG...Any other docs? Or is it because the flight is full and Im on X class reward and they want to bump me? They are still selling the last few Y seats this morning.... Any one recently going to SIN lately unable to get boarding pass via online check in and experience as to what docs they need to check in person at check in? Thanks

They just need to check immigration papers such as passport. It's not necessarily related to any wrong information in your booking.

This is not uncommon so I would not worry

Sometimes you are told online check in unavailable and to check in at airport. Or "see agent".

I flew MEL-SIN yesterday and had the same thing happen. All they asked to see at check-in was passports and then they asked if we had done the SG arrival card but we didn't have to show it to them.
