Noticed that after the flight to SIN from PER the onward to BKK that I am considering is on a TG Dreamliner. Same coming back. My question is does this mean bags will be ticketed to BKK by QF at PER and at BKK to PER on the return and also despite being in Y cabin, is any lounge access available for OW Emerald at SIN before onward to BKK?

Alternatively might just do TG from Perth direct down the back, credit the flight to Singapore Kris and then transfer to VA. I guess no lounge access even if VA Platinum.

All on one ticket? Yeah, QF should tag your bags through PER-SIN-BKK so you just go to transfer in SIN (if you need a BP).

You won't have lounge access in SIN without TG or Star Alliance status prior to SIN-BKK since you're not going to be flying outward on a oneworld flight you can't use QF or other OW lounge.
