QF Top Up Points / Points Subscription survey (New)

With the TAP model, the subscription fee also earns status credits. For those flyers struggling to retain WP for instance, $800 for 400SC is cheaper than doing a status run. What if the fee is $1,000 and 200SC are included? Food for thought.
That would be interesting if they did something like this. If the status credits counted towards lifetime status I would definitely subscribe at $800 for 400SC. At $1000 for 200SC it would be more marginal, but probably would just about subscribe.

If there was no status credit element and the subscription was only to boost Qantas Points then I'm not sure I would part with even a $1 for that.

UA have had a points booster program for years but I think it’s still just pay per trip.

Award Accelerator

Not sure I knew they had a Premier (status) accelerator option.
Just received a UA email

Buy miles automatically with Miles by the Month

Subscription packages to buy miles monthly 3k/5k/8k miles per month packages at a 10% to 25% discount to normal pts purchase + 20% to 25% bonus pts.

I‘d probably just wait for a 100% bonus pts with purchase offer. They come pretty regularly. Not that I’d be hoarding UA miles anymore.
