QF Website borked again?

I just went to the web site to follow up the status of my claim for ORC with DSC from an involuntary downgrade back in Feb and saw that I too have the "!" in my cart and the error message that others have been talking about.

I haven't tried to book any trips since the end of the DSC promo in late March, so I guess it's a hangover from that. I hope it doesn't interfere with making an actual booking as I expect to make some in the next few weeks when a work contract is sorted.

We've noticed that details we hold for you are either incomplete or invalid. Please update in your profile.
The link brings me to my profile, but doesn't tell me what it thinks is wrong. My personal information looks fine to me. So I'm not sure what it wants me to update.

Same - checked profile a few times and it still shows.
 
Multi city doesn't seem to work.

Or it's breaking for me because they haven't released any rewards seats yet for early April, so it's not happy when searching for SYD-LHR... Getting a bit frustrated!

Other times it comes up with an error wanting ID or passport details, etc. *shakes head*

Yes I was trying to search yesterday and I got that error message. So frustrating!

I had this error message for a while as well and as it turns out, inexplicably my mobile phone number as recorded in my account had become "invalid", despite the fact I was still able to receive 2FA codes. An agent on the phone was able to rectify for me.
 
Borked again. Can't login & app doesn't update :rolleyes:
