Well if you have to fly them have you tried the aa.com option?Kiwi Flyer said:dunno - they are losing bookings though (yup still not working)

I would have to agree with that statement. The QF website has been one of the most stable I have encountered.Robert Barlow said:Never had a problem - any computer, anywhere. Logged in or not logged in.
Has QF got back to you on this?Kiwi Flyer said:one step ahead - already done this, no response as yetJohnK said:Might be the right time to log the problem with QF!
How is this manifesting itself? Does it simply hang when you try to go to a bookings screen?I can view my account okay but anything to do with bookings seems to not be available
It seems strange these problem come from any computer. If you go into an internet cafe, sit at a PC, fire up a web-browser, enter Qantas.com, select an origin (from an international or domestic specials drop box) and then click GO without doing anything else, what happens? While it maybe something to do with my settings (which I can't alter), it isn't just my computer that is having issues as I've encountered the same on other computers (eg in lounges, internet cafes, etc).
No, other country sites on qf.com also not working. And no aa.com isnt an option here. With this much hassle, I just book with another airline - QF misses out.
What was done to fix the problem??Kiwi Flyer said:yay finally fixed!
Was the change to the setting on your PC or changes at QF's end?Kiwi Flyer said:Some settings needed adjusting. As to why they worked before and suddenly stopped working - no clue.
