QF website unavailability

This is the second time I have seen this in a week. Is QAN now so popular that the site is being overrun? Maybe a D.O.S. attack? Any maintenance that was planned, and I missed the memo?

Incompetent IT department.

I saw the messge earlier this afternoon and still not resolved. Just as well I checked in online earlier and booked the flight I wanted yesterday.

That was my thought, I was just trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. (And failing)

Last time it lasted a few hours; I hope the call centre is waiving any booking fees at the moment.
