I know that this has been mentioned in other threads, particularly on some MEL-LHR flights, but anyway......
On QF17 & QF18, SYD-EZE rtn, Qantas seem to have stopped selling F, they have moved J pax to F seats & upstairs J seats (with J service), and PE appear to be in the remaining J seats.
I flew EZE-SYD last week on a J award ticket, and can confirm that I had 1K.
I am looking at purchasing a Y+ ticket, for this weekend, SYD-EZE-SYD for around $3k, which is great value if I get a J seat (with Y+ service, of course).
Checking the seat map on EF, Y+ is listed for rows 23 to 26 and 29 to 30, all in a 2-3-2 configuration, with does indeed appear to be J seats.
Only problem is, Seatguru lists J, on a 4-class 744, as being rows 23 to 26, and rows 29 & 30 aren't on the seat map at all.
Does anyone have any ideas what this might mean? Maybe I am looking at the wrong seat map on Seatguru?
