QF41 Cancelled - options to get to CGK on time

One last thing - I had booked extra 5kg baggage on the outgoing QF flight, Amex said they can't refund this as it's not through them - what's the best way to get in touch with Qantas about getting this refunded?
I'd personally submit your request through their web form. You could try calling too.

Where is the web form? If I try and go through the contact process, I need to enter a booking code and surname, and Qantas can't find it (I guess because it was cancelled by "agent"), and just redirects me to call.

I was referring to this form https://www.qantas.com/au/en/support/contact-us/customer-care-feedback-form.html

There's an option to manually enter flight details if it can't find them automatically. The option says "Flight not listed? Enter the flight details here."

I thought I'd try here before posting a new thread. I have an insurance claim associated with this cancellation, but the insurer is demanding to know the reason the flight was cancelled.

I don't know of course, and the Qantas email simply says it's cancelled - offering no explanation why (I already sent it to them), and they say they need to know the specific reason why.

What do I do in this situation?
