QFF "MCO GOOD FAITH bonus points"

My wife's QFF account was recently credited with 800 "MCO GOOD FAITH BONUS POINTS". All very nice, and I'm certainly not complaining, but neither she nor I have any idea where they came from (no flights taken recently, and only CC points awarded, all of which are separately present and correct) and a Google search gives no relevant results. Any ideas?

No package travel, or any dispute that would justify a "good faith" points credit; only a couple of AirBnB missing points claims, but they've only just been sent in, and should all be credited to my account rather than hers........

It has been suggested by another member via PM that it could be some type of QFglitch associated with the recent system upgrade. I'm gonna keep schtum and delete the post (if I can...!)

...and 500 points.

I have no idea what it refers to either!?

Yep, MCO FIRST REDEMPTION BONUS POINTS would be My Card Offers:-

Qantas Frequent Flyers who activate and shop their first offer by 30 June 2018 will receive 500 bonus Qantas Points. Qantas Points will be credited to your account within 15 business days of receiving the points earned for your qualifying purchase.

The OP's MCO GOOD FAITH BONUS POINTS might possibly be My Card Offers, since a number of offers have been for 800 points.

Happy to go with that explanation - we haven't knowingly activated and used any offers, but maybe the "Good Faith" bit is a teaser....?
