QFF Points Club - $50 Wine Voucher

I was added to the Points Club recently after earning a large number of QFF points from a credit card. I have received the lounge pass invitations and a $50 hotel voucher but there is no sign of the $50 wine voucher.

I emailed to ask if they could look into this and the reply I got today was simply a cut and paste quote of terms and conditions for Points Club and the voucher. Totally useless.

Any reason why this should take longer to appear than the other items or is it just another broken thing?
 
Hm, no mention of that in the T&C.

"Whether it’s champagne, shiraz or sauvignon blanc, enjoy a special treat with a $50 Qantas Wine voucher. Vouchers will be in My account when you attain or retain Points Club or Points Club Plus."

Exactly the same T&C as for the hotel voucher, which *is* there now.

We’re both waiting for our new wine vouchers (requal’d in July). Similarky, hotel and lounge passes straight away, but no wine.

They used to come around birthday time but yes, the Ts&Cs don’t say that.

They have not replied to my response to their first useless reply.

It’s my birthday month and my PC wine voucher has just arrived by email.…the day after I bought some wine….

It looks like the rules have changed and it's no longer a birthday bonus - I just got a wine voucher too, but birthday's later this year, and I just qualified back in June.

...will there be a *new* birthday surprise enhancement I wonder?
 
Never got mine, or my hotel voucher.

Just put it down to Qantas incompetence/stinginess (the usual Qantas attributes).
 
I didn't get mine and after a couple of emails to the FF service centre they emailed the voucher numbers to me
 
I must be doing something wrong here. Received an email saying my "Gift" (the wine voucher) has arrived but when I follow the link to My Points Club it says it will be available in My Account when I've qualified for it (and it isn't in My Account!) ... any ideas??

Has your PC dashboard been “upgraded” or still the old page with just a list of benefits? I still have the old page. Others have the new one that shows vouchers and other stuff.
