Hey everyone,

About 10 days ago I stayed at an Accor in the Melbourne CBD having linked my QFF Gold to my Accor account. Fast forward a couple days later and I receive an email from Accor confirming I got upgraded to Silver status and the points for my stay have been posted to my Accor account. However, I have yet to see the QFF points post for that stay. Any idea what's going on here?

Your Trusty,

T&Cs say will post in 14 days. I'm waiting for points from a stay 9 days ago. There is an issue where QF was giving points for rate in EUR instead of AUD from the early stays, perhaps they have delayed more being posted while it is sorted out. Give it a few more days and then raise an enquiry.

Checked my QF account today and sure enough my stay has been posted:

Seems like the turn around is roughly 14 days from check-in as others have noted although the calculation seems a bit off - I paid $196 in total for the two nights in Melbourne so wouldn't that work out to 588 points at the current 3x rate?

Probably don't include GST.

Certainly GST is not included in calculations of crediting the other way around (i.e. QF->ALL).
Yes, it excludes fees on the fare - from T&Cs

Eligible Spend (Flights) means the fare paid for the flight including carrier charges but excluding government imposed taxes and fees or optional airline fees such as, but not limited to, change fees, ticketing fees or charges for products such as seats, checked baggage or upgrades.

Mine posted overnight too for my stay which was 4-6 Dec. I paid $342 and received 1026 points.

Im finding the points are posting 1 week from checkout- 3 different hotels, and all the same .
