QFF profile online - all of my bookings have disappeared

I just went to check a booking online and it says that I have no bookings! I'm hoping this is another system glitch seeing as the website has been behaving funny. Anyone else? I should have 5 bookings there

They do that from time to time. Can you see them in mmb, just look up with the reference number.

I can't see mine in mmb. Just a message saying an error had occurred...

This does happen on occasion - it can be quite panicking but best not to stress about it.

I've reported this to our IT team and hope to get back to you asap with an update.

While you may not be able to view your bookings at this time, please be assured that they haven't been cancelled.

As mentioned, it is something that happens from time to time. It's happened before, and will likely happen again. Checkmytrip should find them, even if Qantas can't...

It's an epidemic! At least the CheckMyTrip site gives some confidence that they are still there somewhere.

After spending 20 min on hold I have found out the whole reservations system is down.

The problem is a world wide Armadaus (spelling) problem.

excellent. I think the SQ website also had a problem which is probably related as mentioned by straitman to the Amadeus outage
