Seeking advice.. re a recent LATAM flight I took from LIM to EZE.. QFFF has denied points and status credits as they say the flight number LA7901 is listed as a Charter or Freight flight and so not eligible..

LA7901 is a daily scheduled passenger flight by LA Argentina (4M).. How do I get them to understand their flight number list for LATAM is not up tp date?

Any suggestions.. I've written to the service centre.. but they just rely on the flight number list they hold..

In many airlines view based on service levels and comfort (Y) passengers are self loading freight.

I had some AY flights showing up as ineligible charter flights when claiming missing points. Just send a copy of your itinerary and BP to [email protected].au
