QP access when travelling J

Note they are very anti guest if you are travelling in Business when it comes to the Business Class Domestic Lounge unless you are OW Emerald in which case you can bring in feral slobs with you!

Yep, you are correct. ISTR a no guest rule in the past, but if so, this has changed.

Well it does seem fair, after all, the ticket cost is quite high, points or cash. And J pax probably don’t bring in too many guests, compared to status pax who try bring in too many guests

I'm not sure when the change came into effect, but I seem to recall reading something about it in the Qantas magazine either this month (or maybe last month).

As for guests, according to the QP access page, it appears a J pax can bring in a guest:

Correct. I did this today.. Points upgrade to J and brought in a friend travelling into the BNE J lounge with me. No issue at all.
