QR Privilege Club Gold access to VA domestic lounge?

Hi AFF members,

I will become QR Privilege Club Gold soon.
Just wondering anyone with QR Gold able to access VA domestic lounge when flying VA domestic flight (VA medal and not part of international flight)?

The Qatar website doesn't have much information and Virgin Australia website kind of say yes, but just want to double check.

So I have to substitute the VA FF number for my QR one? I can’t just flash my QR card at entry?

That’s a great question - I don’t have an answer - sorry.

Maybe someone else might be able to chime in?

I had success with QF when I just show my QR card but I never tried with VA as I already have lounge access with either a business seat, the VA status March or my EY Plat (now gold).

It's worked for me just showing my QR Gold card (from phone app) with my VA boarding pass. The lady at the front desk said something about helping me put the QR Gold on my booking but I don't think she did - the points from the flights still went to Virgin (which is what I wanted)
