Question r.e. Velocity Amex Referrals

Just a quick question. Is it possible to refer somebody for the Velocity Platinum Amex if I hold the Velocity Escape card? Has anyone successfully received the points doing this?

Pretty sure u can only refer from the card you hold

Agree with tinkybelle. Under the Refer Friend section, you'll only see the card you can refer.

Hmmm... Good question.

I hold the Velocity Platinum card and can certainly refer friends to the Velocity Escape card and my experience you can refer friends to other cards in the same "line" of cards as the one you hold. So quite possibly you can.

You should be able to check this by following your referral link and down the right hand side of the page that loads you should be able to see all the eligible cards.
