Oops:oops:just checked my statement re New Years stay in Amsterdam and there's a bonus 2000 pts on top of all the extras. Love Macquarie

I notice sellers on eBay offering to upgrade you to Diamond. Has anyone tried this? It seems quite risky. One seller says they will create a new Diamond account for you then you can combine it with your existing account. I assume this is how the other sellers do it well Any thoughts?

sounds dodgy

I agree but some people are trying it. I notice the cheapest seller has 4 sales in the last 24 hours and some positive feedback for it.
Four of his own accounts perhaps? How much are they asking? I'm trying to understand how they can "create a new diamond account" for you. Seems like to do that, it would likely be a Hilton insider and I'm reasonably sure it'd be against HH policy! Pay the cash, lose the account, sounds likely to me. Remember that OnQ is rumoured to be an all singing, all dancing program that can readily detect cons. Whether it actually can or can't is unknown, but I'd consider it a risky trial.

I've always been very curious about OnQ and what the hotels can potentially see about me when checking in..Would be interesting to see what've dug up on us all, and whether every little complaint made etc is stored, I'm sure it is.
