Radisson VIP enrollment took forever

Hi All, I am just after some data point on how long it takes for Radisson VIP status to be granted after enrolling on AMEX (Business) Plat website? I did it a month ago and still showing status Pending, while the process for other programs like Marriott had been completed. Any input would be much appreciated.

It shouldn't take that long... I would call number on the back of your card to clarify what the holdup is. Computer glitches happen. I would ask for peace of mind...

Thanks @dissector . I’ll try that as well. Just not sure if it’s sth to do with Amex or Radisson itself.

Definitely call. I had a problem with one or two sign ups and the Amex help desk was able to resolve them. I remember the Australian subscription was the most problematic.

PS - Amex Platinum (Australia) gives you Radisson Premium, not VIP unfortunately. (Or am I missing something?)

Radisson Premium is correct, @sydunipete . Not sure where I got the VIP from btw, an update; I didn’t manage to call with Xmas NY and stuff, but finally got the email to activate my Radisson membership. Almost 2 months since enrolling. First few days it didn’t work, kept saying there was error, after I filled out the activation page. Then contacted Radsn via their homepage telling them there was issue with activation. 2 days later I tried activating again and this time it worked. Not sure if someone actioned my webpage request or just system issue.
