Re Booked By Corp TA Following QF Grounding

This may be more appropriate in the playground ( well I certainly had a little chuckle).
A colleague of mine is due to fly out to LAS next week with side leg to BOS. Originally booked in J QF SYD-LAX rtn, UA for the internal flights. Corp TA called him Sun and advised that due to industrial action they should change his flights. He is now booked on a return ticket on HA instead of the A380 with a stopover in Honolulu on the way home.
I didnt know what to say except "Bonus: you can credit your points to VA " :mrgreen:
