Mr Penegal we are indeed pleased that you may wave some Penegal magic to attend this event. Especially since CE has gone to such trouble to organise it in your honour. I understand that if for some unbelievable reason you can't make it a dozen of your best reds delivered to the restaurant will ease our sorrow.

CE was kind enough to ring me this morning. I am attending. Hope to see you there.

Monday May 1 it is - I am off to China May 5 - so date is now set. If anybody sees penegal can they please advise him of date and he can attend / not attend as he sees fit.

Spose we should firm up a time also hey dudes. Howse about 18:30 for a frothy or 2 at Royce Hotel Amberoom - then casual stroll down to OT at 19:30. All welcome to join wherever it suits.

Remember usual attendance criteria applies:
1. No Uber arrivals / departures
2. No Trump lovers
3. No Hanson lovers
4. No Hawthorn supporters

Should be a good night - am really looking forward to a 'best on ground' performance by the penny dude - his recent form has been a bit below what is expected of this years Downlow favourite!
