Just released photos from the VA FB page......5/8 more to come

My friend at Virgin says that the section behind this door on both sides is currently not separated by a curtain meaning the light from the bar area shines right on these seats.

You can see the curtain separating the forward business section but there is no curtain for the aft.

As I understand this has been flagged to have the curtain added but I would avoid this row for the time being.

I'd fly that preferentially over QFs product on the same route. Problem is I wouldn't fly backwards from NZ to then fly forward to the US!

I doesn't look too bad at all. Not enough bottles in the rack for my liking though.

PE looks much more impressive with the sewn ribs versus the previous splotchy material... Shows how much a simple seat covering can change things

are these new premium economy seats or just the old ones all redone and what about economy clas are they new or old as well.

Looks like the old seats to me. TBH I’m surprised they also received an upgrade as well (well recovering) but glad to see the retardedly annoying in seat light has been removed.

Definitely looks like the same seats from front and back shots.

According to AusBT the IFE software also received an upgrade

I find this shot interesting - it's basically between the exit doors, i'd have thought the stools / the amount the bar "sticks out" would be an issue with the crossover needing to be clear for evacuation?

i'm fairly confident the evac requirements/regulations have been met:)
