Really ****s me how these customers get narky and then get free upgrades by these managers.

I actually wondered whether or not that upgrade was granted due to the extremely remote possibility of the passenger actually fitting into his Y seat

Finally watched this on the catch-up service. I enjoyed it. Yes they are edited for good effect but I thought it was useful showing someone clearly frustrated, and a pilot of more mature age, not just the straight-forward successes or glamorous examples - in the first show.

Be interesting to see if there are some unhappy endings or a bit of honesty about the 'smaller' things that frustrate frequent flyers (priority baggage / boarding; meal failures; the website(!); etc).

I think this will give me more of an appreciation of just how much QF gets right. So a success from QF overall, I reckon.

I have a problem with the QF medical advice from Sydney. The person's doctor has cleared him to fly...the "doctor" in Sydney has not seen / examined the person, and asking the person to sit in a chair for x hours to prove he is fit to fly is ridiculous!!

That annoyed me too; I dont understand how a doctor can deem someone not suitable to fly without talking to the patient, let alone looking at them!

Is this on Youtube or downloadble in any way? Want to watch it on my TV not on my laptop...

Well your on time record is falling. Currently 15 minutes late with no sign of take off (broadcast) any time soon.

They call a pilot to try and fixed a toilet door handle that's come off?

Will the crises never end?

Didn't I see the "passenger stricken, divert, we are all on tenterhooks as to whether they are OK" story on "Dubai Airport" last night?

How will it end???
