Adelaidian here. It was only until a few years ago where I'd think to myself, 'aside for a wine trip to Claire/Barossa what can we showcase to other Australians.'

Adelaide has come a long way, especially the coffee/food culture which has kinda adopted that hipster vibe. I feel we're slowly gaining traction to the likes of Melbourne and Sydney.
