Rebranding of rewards store to 'Qantas Marketplace'

So I made a purchase on Sunday evening and was credited 5000 bonus points plus the points per dollar spent this morning. Both were credited separately. Not sure how they determine when to credit, it may be up to the business you purchase an item through.

Also bonus points offer has been extended to April 7th. I guess they're not getting enough people using the market place. No surprise with rising interest rates.

My points, multiplier and bonus all posted overnight Sunday for my purchase a couple of weeks ago.

Mine have also come in during the week. Also might now buy some sonos era. It's just released and with the PC+ discount, it might actually be the cheapest on the market through Qantas.

I imagine they're not getting huge traction. Even with PC+ getting 9x points and the bonus, the prices are high (or RRP) where many other places have similar items on much bigger discounts.

Yes. I was interested in getting a Caribee 125 Litre case.
  • Qantas Marketplace price $439 + $35 delivery
  • RRP $299
  • Anaconda online price $239 + free delivery

One thing I noticed with Qantas Marketplace is a lack of BNPL. This will drive some shoppers away for sure. I've noticed some sellers on the market place offer it but very few and far between.

The initial bonus points offer for cash spends when Marketplace launched has just been extended for a second time - 6 points / $ for PC members, 9 points / $ for PC+ members until 31 January 2024.
