Was on VA555 SYD-PER today (only 2 of us in J) and received an email from VA asking me to complete a survey, saying "You are one of the first guests to experience the new Virgin Australia domestic business class product" - er, no I'm not (I wish!!!!). The J product on today's flight was the old product - and quite old indeed judging by the squeaks, rattles and "looseness" of the J seat I was in! So I assume this flight was meant to be one of the refitted birds? Dammit, I would have LOVED to have had the new product, because won't be flying again until at least mid next year
Anyone else received this survey but didn't fly the new J?
ETA: Just went back and re-read the email, it didn't refer to a specific flight - I flew VA552 the week prior, but that didn't have the new J product either!!
