I bought a pair of Lilgadgets from the US for my son. He wore them when he was 20 months but I think they are actually recommended for 3 years plus. He wears them now for longer than he did previously (he is now just over 2). They fit a lot better than adult headphones and will last him for quite a few years so I think they are worthwhile. We fly at least 3 times a year, so will use them enough to feel like they were worth purchasing.

We bought some off Amazon that had tiger or panda earphones and they are great. Can't remember the brand and I can't see it on the headset itself, but you should be able to find it on their website.
