Redeem enrich points with another oneworld airline

How do I redeem Enrich points with another oneworld airline? Have not been successful with their call centre

Malaysia Airlines is not obligated to have a fully-functional search feature for all oneworld airlines because of their small size.
As such, you'll find that searching for award flights using their website on partners doesn't show much and you need to call.

To find availability on oneworld carriers, one way to do it is:

1) Register for a free account on ba.com or aa.com or if you have an account with qantas.com
2) Search for the flights/sectors you want
3) If you see the flight available, call Malaysian and tell them the specifics of what you want
4) Book & Pay on the phone with Malaysian, using Enrich points

Note that even if a flight shows as available via aa/ba/qf/anywhere else, does NOT mean it's available for Enrich members.
It acts more as a guide as to what might or might not be available.

All of this is a lot easier than calling Malaysian call centers daily and having them search for flights manually.
